BEST friends and coworkers of Utah skincare mogul have spoken out following her tragic passing.
While driving down Highway 93 in Wickenburg, Arizona, to tell their families they were pregnant, Chloe Stott, 24, and her husband, Parker, collided with a white Volvo commercial truck after failing to completely pass another car in their lane, according to KSL-TV.
